ReDriven Installed a 10kW Hydraulic Wind Turbine on my property located in Essex County, Ontario, Canada. The 10 kW turbine has met all my expectations and it continued to perform well until it was recently struck by lightening. I immediately called ReDriven and the technical team quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement turbine head which is to be installed shortly.
While early on the turbine did have some control system issues, the team at ReDriven upgraded my control system to the latest generation control system at no additional cost to ensure my satisfaction with the product. This is working extremely well and I no longer have any concerns in this regard.
Anytime I have had questions or concerns, the ReDriven team has responded in an appropriate time and answered the questions immediately or within a reasonable time.
