I do not often write letters thanking people for work performed for me. But, I was so impressed by Cameron Grant, and the ReDriven Team, I feel compelled to write this letter and recognize your expertise and commitment to me as a customer.
You and your team have always been available, open and prompt to return any and all of my questions and inquiries, and I have had a lot of questions and inquiries. After all, this is a new experience for me. Not many people are powering the energy for their homes with windmills.
You were here during the installation, as well as, immediately after my windmill was placed into service. Your concern to detail and your constant devotion to improving your product are beyond any reasonable expectation.
You have spent numerous hours after the installation making sure my windmill was performing at the best of its ability with no cost to me, which is amazing in this day and age.
Today, I am a satisfied ReDriven customer powering my house with a 20 kW ReDriven windmill, which provides enough energy to cover my electric needs, which average over 1,800 kW per month.
